Reset the password for any account

If you forget the password, you can reset it yourself (*), but an administrator can also reset it to prevent unauthorized use.

• To receive the automatically sent password reset email, your email address must be correctly registered.

1. After logging into Onyaku, click the person-shaped icon in the upper right.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the  for the account you want to reset the password for.
   
   
   
   
3. When you click "OK" on the popup screen, the reset is complete.
   (If you want to notify the user of the change, checking "Notify user" will automatically send it to the specified user's notification email address.)
