Can Onyaku be used on Mac OS?

The Onyaku browser version is officially supported only in the environments listed below. Mac OS is not included in the supported environments; however, it has been confirmed that it can be used with some functional limitations.

• ＜Windows OS + Chrome＞
• ＜Windows OS + Microsoft Edge＞ (Added to supported environments on August 18, 2023)

Please note the following when using the Onyaku browser version on Mac OS.

• Functions not available due to Mac OS specifications: System audio recognition

  In the browser version for Windows, both microphone input and speaker audio (system audio) from your computer can be recognized. However, on Mac OS, only microphone input can be recognized.

  Therefore, when using Onyaku on Mac OS, all participants must log in to Onyaku and speak through their own device’s microphone for speech recognition.
