- You can automatically generate meeting minutes based on the conversation content in the chat room.
This feature is available only to customers who have subscribed to the “Conversation History Storage” option.
Create meeting minutes

- Click “History” to open the history screen.
- Click “minutes creation” for the history data you want to generate minutes for.
- Select the language in which to create the meeting minutes (choose from the languages included in the conversation history). Edit the meeting date/time and participant names, then click “Decide.”
- On the confirmation screen, click “Generate” to start generating the meeting minutes. Please do not close the screen until the file download is complete.
- The generated meeting minutes will be downloaded to your local folder.
- Click “History” to open the history screen.

You can also create meeting minutes from the “Create Minutes” menu
Click “Minutes Creation” in the top menu of the screen, select the target data or enter the room code, and click “Decide.” The subsequent steps are the same as steps “3” and onward above.
If a timeout or other error occurs during meeting minutes creation, please wait a while and check the “History” screen. The meeting minutes may have already been created and saved.
Re-download created meeting minutes
Created meeting minutes can be downloaded repeatedly during the chat room history retention period.
- Please note that if you edit the conversation content on the “History” screen after creating meeting minutes, those edits will not be reflected in the meeting minutes.
- Click “History” to open the history screen.
- Click “download minutes (xx)” for the history entry you want to re-download.
- Once the download is complete, please check the downloaded file stored in your local folder.
Important notes
- To use the meeting minutes creation feature, you must turn ON the “Conversation History Storage” option (no additional charge).
If you wish to change this option, please contact your sales representative or apply via the Contract Change Request Form. - This feature uses an external API; however, conversation history data is not reused for training or any secondary purposes. Please refer to the URLs below for the external API’s policies.

- If meeting minutes are created in multiple languages for the same history, the content of each set of meeting minutes may differ.
- Meeting minutes created using this feature are automatically generated based on the conversation content. Please confirm final agreements and decisions on your own responsibility.
- As of March 2025, we have confirmed that due to filtering mechanisms on the generative AI side, the meeting minutes generation may be rejected depending on the content of the meeting (in such cases, the error message “Failed to generate meeting minutes” will be displayed). We are currently considering possible measures to address this issue and appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
