IP address restrictions are a feature that limits the users of a service by using the source IP address.
For example, by allowing only the IP addresses of your company's office to use Onyaku, you can prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
Users who can set IP address restrictions
Users with an administrator account
*The IP address restriction settings configured by an administrator will be applied to all users in the same environment.
Configuration Steps
- Log in to Onyaku.
- Click on "Tenant Management" and then click on "No settings" for IP address restrictions.
- A window to enter the IP address will open.
Enter the global IP address you wish to allow access to and click "Set" to immediately activate the access restrictions.
*You cannot configure the settings if the global IP address of the administrator attempting to set it is not included.
*IPv6 is not supported.
- The "IP Address Restriction" in Tenant Management will change to "Restricted".
If you do not wish to apply IP address restrictions to mobile and guests, please uncheck the box.
How to Remove Restrictions

Click on "Restricted" under IP address restrictions, and a window to enter the IP address will open.

Delete the entered global IP address and click "Set".
If restrictions are set while using the chat room
・If your global IP address is restricted, a message will pop up, and you will be logged out.
・If the host is restricted while there are other participants, the host will be forced to leave, and the participants will enter standby mode.
