You can download the chat room speech and translated conversation history as a CSV file.
- If you requested not to keep history at the time of contract (without the history saving option contract), please make sure to download the CSV file of the conversation history before closing the chat room.
After closing the chat room (after leaving), you cannot download the CSV file. - If you are participating as a guest user, you cannot download the CSV file.
- Create a new chat room or join an existing chat room and conduct meetings using translation.
- Click on[Menu(≡)]in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Scroll through the menu on the left side of the screen and click [Download].
- You can check the log of the conversation content in the downloaded Excel file.

Date (sent date): Date and time of speech
Speaker (Default name): The name of the person who spoke (the name specified at the time of entering the room)
Speaker (Display name): The name of the person who spoke (if changed within the room, that name)
Language (speaker language): The language setting of the person who spoke
Delete: TRUE if the room host has deleted the relevant speech, FALSE if not deleted
Column F and beyond: The content of the speech or the translation results of the speech
(The same column as "Language" in column D is the content of the speech, others are translation results)
