Logging in setting using MFA is possible for using ONYAKU under a more secured condition.
- The following procedure is applicable for logging in using ID/Password only.
If you are using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), do the setting on Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- For the setting, click [Image to be inserted] located on the right to "Multi-Factor Authentication".
- Install and set up an MFA application, and the like, and read the QR code.
Type in the information of the token displayed on the application to the "Token" of ONYAKU application as shown below, and then click [Setting completed].
When the setting is done, [Active] will be displayed on the right to "Multi-Factor Authentication".
- When the "Multi-Factor Authentication" is set to [Active], do NOT uninstall the MFA application. ( if uninstalled, you will not be able to log in to ONYAKU). )
Utmost care is required when handling a device with an MFA app installed.
- When the "Multi-Factor Authentication" is set to [Active], do NOT uninstall the MFA application. ( if uninstalled, you will not be able to log in to ONYAKU). )
- To release the MFA active setting, click the toggle switch (
) next to the "Multi-Factor Authentication" to change the status to [Inactive].
