Administrators can disable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for any account where it is turned ON.

It cannot be enabled (turned ON) from the admin screen.
To enable it, specific actions/token acquisition by each user is required.

- After logging into Onyaku, click the human-shaped icon at the top right.
- From the user list on the User Management screen, click the switch of the user you want to disable among those with the "Multi-factor Authentication" switch turned ON (
).

If it is OFF (
), it cannot be clicked.

If it is OFF (
- Clicking "OK" on the popup screen completes the deactivation.
(If you want to notify the user about the change, checking "Notify user" will automatically send it to the designated user's email address.)
