Remaining Time Alert Explanation

An alert is displayed on the host's chat room screen when the remaining contract time falls below 90 minutes.


The timing for the alert display is as follows:

• Less than 90 minutes remaining (including when less than 90 minutes at the time of chat room creation)
• Less than 45 minutes remaining (including when less than 45 minutes at the time of chat room creation)
• Less than 15 minutes remaining (including when less than 15 minutes at the time of chat room creation)
  
  

• The remaining time is calculated for the entire contracted tenant. (The current remaining time can be checked on the admin manager's "Account" screen.)
• If multiple chat rooms are operating at the same time within the same tenant, the consumption time of each chat room is aggregated to calculate the remaining time.
• Please note that the chat room will be forcibly terminated when the remaining time reaches zero.
• Because it takes time to collect and aggregate consumption time, it takes 1-2 minutes to reflect the consumption time.
