1. Whether you can connect to the WebSocket server (WSS)
   
   

   Onyaku's chat rooms use WSS communication.

   (WebSocket is a technical specification for bi-directional communication between a web browser and a web server.)

   - Ask your network department if your browser can establish a WSS connection.

   If a WSS connection is possible, proceed to step 2; if a WSS connection is not possible, request your network department to address the WSS connection and step 2.

   
   
   
2. Whether the connection to Onyaku's URL is permitted
   
   

   Connections to Onyaku's URL may be restricted by proxies or firewalls.
